Non availibity of telephone answers for complaints & bookings

The company has two landlines but the numbers are never available either they are busy or no answer. To book a refill for cylinder or leakge complaint we have to go personally to do the same. We have a leakage complaint but there is no way that we can call immediately for solving the problem.
