Cancellation without notifying

I booked an Easycab service in Bangalore for travelling to Railway station from my home on Sarjapur Road. I was told my booking was confirmed and that the cab would be at my doorstep at 10:15pm. When the cab didnt arrive by 10:20 I called up again to enquire and the first thing told to my on checking up my booking number B002730 was that the booking is confirmed and he will check the status and let me know when the Cab will come.
I was put on hold for 5 mins and then I was informed that the Can is cancelled and I am left stranded at 10:30 in the night without any cab or alternative arrangement. When I complained I was told that I was sent a message about cancellation which was clearly not the case because I was told when I called up at 10:20 to enquire on the status that my booking is confirmed. How can you lie to me on top of cancelling my can without informing me. The call center executive had the audacity of putting me on hold again and handing up on me.
This is worst kind of service that I have ever experienced.
First my cab is cancelled at 10:15pm.
I was never told about the cancellation.
On calling up for enquiring I am told the cab is still confirmed.
I am put on hold for 5 mins
And then I am told that the cab is cancelled.
And I am told that a message was sent to me 30 mins before which never reached me...
I am put on hold again
And the call is cut...
I couldnt get a commutation to reach railway station and I ended up missing the train. I am never going to use easy cabs again and I would recommend people not to use it.
