I SANJAY SINGH got my air ticket cancelled from ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES ENTERPRISE with invoice no. IB212777 and ticket no- 0715381892907 for 10. Jan from New Delhi To Kigali. The air ticket was cancelled by Ethiopian Airlines office at 56, Alps Building1st floor, Janapth, Cannaught place, New Delhi. The air ticket was cancelled by the office in my personnel presence with assurance that amount will be refunded to me, the medical documents (from INDIAN ARMY DOCTOR) in support of cancellation was submitted to travel agent OUM TRAVELS, SADAR BAZAR, DELHI CANTT on demand from the office. Its more than16 days I am not getting my amount back, inspite of my repeated approach to the airlines office and headquarters (through mail) which is affecting me financially as well as mentally.
