E ticket
Refund not yet received of cancelled eticket

I am Pranjal Das, I got an e ticket on 24-06 from Nagpur to Tatanagar. Due to delay in train timings i got the tickets cancelled but the refund for the same is still not being credited to my account inspite of filing TDR for the same.

As committed by telecalling executives it will be credited in 3 months time, which is already over, and no one is ready to take the responsibility of the same. I was following with one lady (team leader) at 011-23340000, after follow up of more than 1 week she gave me the no. of Mr. Tapan-09002040110. After follow up of more than 20-25 days all of a sudden Mr. Tapan got irritated and gave me the no. of Mr. B.N. Singh (Kolkata)-03322436429, I never found this no. free, when ever i called this no. found it to be busy,

Kindly suggest whom should i follow up for my right claim, which is pending since more than 6 months.
