Non Refund of fare of cancelled ticket

I have booked an E-Ticket with PNR number 4757227435 for travel in Train number 12512 from Trivandrum to Lucknow in three tier A/c. Date of journey was 24/4. I could not travel since my ticket was not confirmed and the same was cancelled by Railways. I received a message in my mobile number 9447303870 informing that the ticket has been cancelled and refund ordered. the ticket was booked by using SBI Debit card. But so far the refund amount of Rs. 1585 has not been credited to my bank account. Please verify and take necessary action.
