E ticket indian railways
Refund yet not recived

I have cancelled my e ticket nd on my transaction status it showz that my eticket is cancelled nd my refund will done but yett i have not recived my refund...

i thinkk that this IRCTC people put da money in their pockets...

i have mailed them manyy tyms with my transaction id and my pnr status..

and even called themm butt yettt theyy have not refunded my money...
