Cacelled Refund not enogh

Subject: Refund as per Transaction ID 0451002441

Sir Kindly refer the above Transaction and the attachment of TDR

i am not satisfied with the Refund as per the TDR attached herewith. Rs 554.00 were charged for 4 passengers Two passengers were not able to travel because train was more than 3 hrs late. Why only Rs.137 have been refunded? This should have been more as the train was more than 3 hrs late.
