Eticket TDR filed No refund

Dear Sir/Madam

I have booked an eticket in RajDhani Express for journey from Guwahati to Dibrugarh on 23-07 vide PNR No 2237319349 &Transaction ID: 0532972535. The train was delayed more than 3 hours Due to Disturbances in Bodo areas. The Train infact was late more than 36 hrs or so. Therefore, the ticket was calncelled filing TDR No Ekt 2012072305272632. The said money is not refunded as yet by Indian Railways. The refund may kindly be processed.
