I Vineta A Rupa Reg no. DL 4C AF6515 not Gautam kapoor. I took my vehicle to Harpreet service station Sahibabad to check my car body care which was due on Dec for some noise in break shoe and left side speaker. The adviser (Mr. Negi) informed me through phone that the break shoe was hard and it has to be replaced, I gave my concances but while delivering they charged me Rs.1357/- . My question is that when my car is under warrenty and it is not more then one and a half year old (16000 Km Approx) why should I bear the charges and why did they not rub the shoe with sand paper, the quality of your parts are so bad that they get hard quickly? Please reply...
