Poor material qwality and horrible service

Oh.what a poor car it is .always a problem.service center-bhagat ford, dehradoon is so horrible that they damaged my cars windscreen and, pendrive cable and other parts during service and still showing no concerns.idont know where to go n what to do, .my cars no is uk08s3675.
