Poor Quality

I own a Ford Figo Petrol but unhappy with the kind of service and quality. I am facing a prooblem with my fuel floater and compay has already replace in mid/. Still the problem persists and they keep telling its fine. I have already raised a complaint to the Company but they keeo directing the same to the service centre which is truely helpless and not kind enough or authorized to escalate further. I have been with MPL Ford alwarpet here in chennai. 2nd is due to the floater issue i dont get/ unable to get the appropriate mileage. as per my calculations it is some where between 8-9.5 which is not good for a low capacity engine like 1.2. And now recently there are new sounds from the rear dorr, which the service centre states its from the roof and we are help less. Very Disgusting to hear this from a such recognized company. I am truely disappointed with the feed back from the company and service centre. Please let me know if there is any alternate method to escalate or push this issue. My email id is jimeshd@gmail.com
