Am possessing a Ford Fiesta bearing Reg No: PB-08-AX-2212 .

> The aforesaid described vehicle was handed over at Bhagat

> Ford showroom at Jalandhar on 10th Jan notifying a

> problem that the engine was missing acceleration during

> pickup between speed of 60 to 70km/hr. The problem was

> diagnosed & acknowledged by the engineer & Service

> incharge, promised delivery of the vehicle the very next

> day i.e. 11th Jan'11. On 11th just before the promised time

> of delivery Bhagat Ford officials said that the vehicle's

> software got deleted & since they did not have an

> updated version they lingered the process & took 10 days

> more to fix the software. Post the installation of the

> updated version also the above mentioned problem was not

> rectified & again engineer incharge acknowledged the

> problem. They took another 4 days to diagnose the problem

> & in between by hit & trail method kept on replacing

> key parts live CVC Sensor, Diesel Filter, Pulley, Air filter

> etc. I was

> called upon for test drive on 24th Jan, 11 only to find out

> that the problem persists & again the engineer in charge

> acknowledged the same.

Still i have not received any positive response from FORD... i have notified above said issue to MD mail ID...
