I am traveling many times in karnavati superfast express from bharuch to surat at morning train at 7:40am so i have a problem with lots of people to come without tickets and also they are sitting in general and handycap person coach. they all are very harresing all people and not given place to whose people who takes tickets and also handycap. so plese take action as soon as possible and take action who person give support all people.
