Ticket not being issued

I had boarded a BMTC Bus (KA01 FA800), 328B from Kodi, Hoskote at 10.45 AM on the 10th of August. The conductor collected Rs. 8 the bus fare to Whitefield but refused to issue a ticket. The conductor was rude and asked me to file a complaint against him. The driver of the bus also refused to persuade the conductor to issue a ticket.

This is not a one off incident; conductors do not return change and refuse to issue tickets on the route especially if the commuter is a senior citizen or a lady.

Its regularly noticed that bus's (328) do not take the route between Whitefield and Kodi, Hoskote after 6 PM, commuters are forced to board private buses after after 6 PM.
