Wind shield and side windows moisture accumulation

This is with reference to the problem of the windshield in my two month old spark having registration number DL 3CAE 4943. The same was brought at shiva motors service center on 8th August wherein the service engineer practically checked and acknowledged the problem and assurance was given by the manager their that the issue will be resolved within 3 days. But despite of continuous follow up nothing positive has come out. Its a serious problem as during rains its very much difficult to drive and may lead to accident.

Kindly fix the problem at earliest
