Non-Delivery of courio

Kindly Refer to my tracking id 103421577, My sister had sent me rakhi via GMS Express, which was suppose to be deliver letest by 31st july. But when i tried to find contact no of GMS at goa on net i got 08326510777 which is a landline no which was always switched off. There were no response from Jhansi office also, after so much of effort made by my sister at jhansi on 2nd of august, they gave her one contact no 9422846474 of GMS representative at GOA, When she talk to them, they ignored her and told address provided is wrong, when i talk to they told will see. and the person from GMS came on 6th of august to deliver the same, when i asked the region of being late, he told i have many other delivery also, and i don't care you receive it or not, then i didnot receive it because it was of no use. Kindly advise me.
