No Refunds

Recently booked tickets via on-line payments in Go Air and cancelled the ticket, it's almost a month, i have not received my refunds.

I try to contact the contact number provided by Go-Air, its always busy and not able to reach customer care agent.

Can anyone help me how to take it forward? Its muy hard earned money.
