NO REFUND

I had booked a ticket from lucknow to Delhi to travel on 8th January through my personal credit card. Subsequently, the flight was cancelled on the same day and i got my ticket cancelled. The female executive at the airport who cancelled the ticket said that amount of refund will be credited in your credit card in full within 7 working days. But it is not yet refunded. My PNR No. 8BLYVZ and the amount of ticket is Rs.5, 762/-. I called up customer care many a time but they dont pick the call or disconnect without even listening. It's been more than that now and i m not releived. Please help me in this.
