Not refunding money

From last 2 months I am waiting for refund amount of PNRs DUSNHD and NDOCDF. Each time when I spoke to your customer care guys they say its almost done. Last time I spoke on 23rd dec and the lady told me they tried to refund the amount to my accout but because of technical failure it did not happened. So they will re-try after 2 days. From that day I am waiting...
