No refund amount for the cancelled tickets

GOIBIBO has been the worst costumer service i had... dont go for the word which they say cheap filght ticket thing... I had cancelled the tickets 2 months back still now i didnt receive any refund amount on that.. i called them 5 to 6 times to the customercare tey are very frustrating.. and didnt got any response .. only thing I hear frm them is it is under processing.. wat the fuck they are processing I dont know... I want sue that company .. but not aware of the complete procedure to do it...

beware of this fraud guys...
