Tires complain

I tend to agree about the inferior quality of service and bad quality of tyres from Good Year. I bought indica vista quadrajet fitted with Good Year tyres from Away motors at jeypore. In about 12000 Kms of running one tyre has developed a bulge at the centre of the tyre. I have called up the complaint centre and launched a complain and they sent me reply SMSs on the complaint number Q2209100206 of Good Year and got reply that "Good Year wheel assist will contact you shortly" No body has contacted me till this time for last three days. i think they are not serious about customer service.
