Ladies harressed in the first class on Goregaon Staton

Hi..
I am writing this complain on behalf of all the ladies traveling with me on the Goregaon Fast local which stops at goregaon station between 9:45 to 9:52 a.m. The women awaiting on the station, to board this train, are a nuisance and torture the ladies who try to get out of the train. This happens only in the First Class Ladies Compartment on a daily basis.
The women on the station forcefully push the ladies to get in the train, in result most of us got bruises.
Kindly inform the Goregaon railway officials to put a stop to these women and let the ladies of first class get down first.
