Hero goodlife card
Non issuing of gifts

Sir,

my good life card no. 2061600004296252. valid from 08/05/10 to 07/05.

being a star goodlife member, i didn't expected such a behaviour from the staff of (c-124, mayapuri industrial area, new delhi) hero service station.

when i reach 21000 i was to get a back pack, but they refused to issue one. now after my bike's engine overhauling, my card's point crossed 35000. but still they are not issuing my gifts. they always have excuse (keyboard not working / gifts not available) it's been a month, but my all efforts are in vain.

they keep on giving me dates, but same result. when i asked for complaint book they handed me feedback form and asked me to submit it to from where these goodlife card is issued (head office).

kindly help me...
