Dealer's negative attitude towards a simple problem

Dear Sir,

I am Sumesh. S. from Chithira, Karuvatta P.O., Alappuzha Dist., Kerala and I own Hero Honda Hunk (KL-29-A-1982). I had a very bad experience with one the dealer of yours. The dealer is Aswathy Motors, Harippad, Alappuzha Dist., Kerala.

They cheated me by not replacing my punctured tube (rear) and for that they have taken Rs.300 and Rs.60 as labour charge.By doing so, I have to suffer during a long journey to Ernakulam during midnight with my family. And I have to repair it again from a person outside. Earlier I had a bad experience with the same dealer, that they didn't put oil in engine during the last service and for that also they charged from me. I trusted the brand name as pure as the drinking water and by that reason, I chose to buy it. So please do the needful.
