Behavioral issues of staffs

Hi,

I would like to complain about how the customers are treated in JSP Honda service center by your staffs. I went to JSP service center (TNSCB office complex) to buy Honda shine chain sprocket set, in Spares section they ask me to get in Anna nagar west ext branch. i checked there in Spares section the person I am now sure about the name Murugan started speaking very rudely he said if you change it in our service center you can get it we wont give it for counter sales, then I asked what would be the cost for changing the chain sprocket set he ask me to go inside and check with the service engineer he said it would cost rs200 but that is not the exact price. Next spoke with manager I dint know the name but you can watch the video which is attached i asked him why there is no counter sales he said thats it if i say no is no then i said i will complaint he started yelling at me and do what ever i can then i started taking video then he asked security to push me out. Is this the way JSP treat the customers? My first question why TNSCB branch conform about the availability in West ext branch over phone and inform the customer?

I would like to get a reply for this.
