Dear sir/madam,

I bought Hero honda splender plus model with the registration no DL9 SZ 2132 dated 26/06

on Full cash payment from one of your authorized Dealer K.S. Automobiles Village Rangpuri Nh-8 New Delhi -110037 Ph-No. 011-40003000

On the very Second day, the bike is getting me trouble. Its engine started stopping while riding even in the forth gear. I went to the workshop of the same dealer at same mentioned address they work with the tuning and it worked for some couple of days. But after some days it had started same problem. On first service I requested for the same but in vain.

On the second service I specially mentioned about the problem. After 10 days of getting service same problem started but the less than the before. Again, I went to the same workshop and requested about the problem. they told me that they have rectified the problem and it would not trouble again.

For some days I feel that my bad days have gone.

Now I have made the third service also. Now I found that I am getting a very low average of 35 to 40 km/L, very black smoke comes out while starting and crackers blasting noise while riding.

On 07/12/09 I again went to the same work shop, met to the manager over there he behaves very nicely and assured to solved the problem. I was very surprised to see that I am in the more trouble than before. Now my bike is not starting properly. After heating up it works but not properly. While riding it works like fuel is in the finishing mode, even having the sufficient fuel.

I Feel that either there is some major fault in the bike or some part is required to be replaced and these people are making fool of me and waiting for warranty expired. I have visited same workshop for many times, each and every times they did something with the bike and assured that it is done but in vain.

You are requested to solve the problem as soon as possible
