For back shocke

I have purchased my bike on dt 31.03.2009 After 2 free servicing i feel my bike takes extra jump on riding. I give my bike to agency (Kamal moter's Gonda UP 271002) for miner servicing. But I am not staisfied from my bike's riding. The back shocker changes two times by the agency but they not work properly as new shocker done. Now I want that please suggest to agency to check my bike properly and change my back shocker for comfort driving as new bike.
