Abnormal cutting sound & leakage in rear shocke

Dear sir,

i purchased Activa Scooter bearing frame no. ME4JC44 8H87024556 engine no. JC44E5024280 on 27.08.2011 from your dealer M/s Akansha Honda, Delhi Road, Moradabad.

After 2nd free service we observed abnormal cutting sound & leakage of mobile oil in the rear shocker of scooter. We visited several times the work shop of your dealer ship but no adequate action had been taken by the work shop hands to remove the technical snag. Instead we are very much pained with arrogant & indecent behavior of their so called Works Manager.

Our motive behind writing mail to you is to request you to kindly use your good office to get the technical snag in the scooter removed and also advise your dealership to remain cordial with their customers. You will appreciate that such type of dealership activities definitely tarnish the reputation & brand of your company which is otherwise famous for their after sales services.

we are very much positive about a proper action from your end.
