Defective Product Sale

Dear Sir.

I am R.Murugan I have purchased a Splendor Plus on 31 August at AS Motors No 1 Kanchi Road Tiruvannamalai, on delivering itself i found the following problems 1. Right side pulling 2. The front fork assemble is not straight with the body. so that they asked me to bring my bike back to repair. Till now i went 6 times to test the performance but it is not rectified and hence i have requesting for Replacement for the defective one But they forced me to take the same defective product. but i can't accept the same with the fault. I think the fault may arise due to bent in the seas (frame).

Hero Motocorp is the top company but they don't have Email Address to Launch Complaints and

even they don't have Toll Free Number for customer complaints. It is very disappointment to me.
