Delay in R.C book and service book

Have not still received my service book and my R.C book. It has been a month now since i purchased a motorcycle (Pleasure). The bike number itself was given to my after going there. The Agent assured at the time of purchase that all the paperwork will be ready in 3 days, including the bike papers (Smart-Card) which would be sent to my address. I received my bike on the 20th of February after a delay of 1 week and its been a month today, and i still haven't received my service book nor the smart card. I have gone there a many a times but was always given excuses that the service book will be given only when i am due my 1st service. Which means whether i like it or not i will have to forcefully get my bike serviced from them. There is no proper customer service provided to me every time i went there. i was made to sit sometimes for more than 30 min just to inform me that it will be done in the next 3-4 business days. That was 10 days back..
