REPLCE THE BATTERY

SIR,

I have purchased heroultra velocity just after the company launched it as hero is a brand name but i was wrong, after only 10 months the battery was not working.we got them changed paying rs.8000... but after 8 months again the new batteries brought us problems.bought it as an effective means of conveyance, it has proved itself a means of problems and nothing else.it has stopped twice while my daughter was going 2 give an examination.pls sir, i request you to provide me with an effective solution for it.this pain in neck scooty has now become a junk in my house.help me...
