Honda Activa
Pre delivery complaints

Please take this as very important. I have booked Black Honda Activa from EVM Honda, kaimanam, Thiruvananthapuram (Booking No. 46219 for Honda Activa) on 13/10. On 18/3 I was informed that the vehicle is ready for delivery and for this I was asked to pay the complete amount. According to this I paid the full amount (Rs. 52866/-)on 26/3. On that day I was informed that the vehicle will be delivered within 20 days. I was regularly contacting the office (Representative, sales manager, etc.) about the vehicle delivery and always we got the answer that it will be delivered within 3 days. We are fed up with your dealings. Finally when I contacted today to the office they said that there is no stock. This is” cheating the customer with lame excuses”. Please do the needful.
