Honda paint problem

I am sending herein the snap of bad paint quality in my Honda City. I have observed paint boils on the rear right door near door handle (see snap 1) and also rusting at door bottom near drain water hole (see snap 2). The car is was less than 2 years old when I reported the matter to Honda. I even opted for 3M treatment on both car chassis and body as recommended by dealership at the time of purchase.

I was asked by Honda one 2 one to visit the dealership Classic Honda at Faridabad who took snaps of the rusted area stating they are sending it to Honda. The finally refused to cover the problem under warranty stating that it to external environmental factors, proximity to sea coast and various others factors that lead to this problem.

I am shocked to see this reply from Honda. Don't they understand the simple point that if factors stated by them were the real root cause, the problem should have appeared on all the doors and why not Honda design their product to suit geography climate conditions where they are selling their vehicles.

Its a serious setback and I feel I will not buy any Honda product in future nor will it recommend to anyone. This kind of a pathetic reply was not expected from Honda cars India.
