Problem of drive chain and sprockets reg:

I am happy to inform you that I am one of the costumer and user of HONDA SHINE Motorcycle. I purchased Honda shine from A.M. HONDA Angadippuram Malappuram on 28/12, Black colour, Frame No ME4JC36 8M88072620 and Engine No. JC36E .9298970.

I have some problem about the Motorcycle. Drive chain and sprockets are not working properly. Within 750 KM of running drive chain stated to loose. Every service and other time I have noticed this problem to the service centre and they told me corrected. Within these eleven months (11250.K.M running) I visited the workshop several time. Still the problem is continuing. After my complaint on 26/09 Honda Perinthalmanna Angadippuram Showroom manager collected the vehicle and done some minor work. After running 250 KM the problem restarted. I had sent an E complaint through your Web Complaint format on 29/11.But you have not responded. Kindly reply my mail through E-mail or through hard copy

So I humbly request you to take my grievance in the right manner and give me solutions for my problem
