Non availability of spare

Dear sir,

I have bought Honda shine vehicle. one month my vehicle has giving poor mileage (20 km/l) for that service center has told to change the cylinder fit. but the spare is not available for the last one month. it is very poor service to the customer kindly arrange the spare immediately.
