Home delivery of gas cylinders

Complaints of consumers against Shivkrupa Gas Agency, Shahapur, Dist. Thane, Maharashtra State.

1) The agency has almost stopped the home deliveries of refill gas cylinders to the consumers.

2) The consumers are compelled to attend the agency for obtaining refill gas cylinders. The said agency is far away from Shahapur. Fetching the cylinders from agency to home has become headache and an expensive job for the consumers. The agency do not pay any rebate to consumers. The agency charges Rs.350 per cylinder from consumers.

3) The telephone system of the agency remains failure for many times which creates great inconvenience to the consumers.
