Not delivering gas, even after getting delevered message, hoping they sold to some one else

I booked gas through online on july 29th we got booking No. - 231814

cash memo no. 107627

even we got sms on Aug 8thas gas cylinder is delevered but up to 15.08. we didnot received any gas cylinder, I personally went to office and asked regading cylinder they are not responding in a proper manner, what to do we will get the cylinder or we hove to go for other complaint service with all our evidences. as everything is online so all veidences are available.

I should get my cylinder for 17.08.2011 other wise I will complaint ot higher otharties?
