Dear Sir/Madam,

Re: Purchase of Swift Dizire

Sub: Complaint

We given purchase order dated 15.10.2009 for Swift Dizire VDI with M/s Automotive Manufacturers P Ltd, Plot No 575, Kamptee Road, Nagpur - 440026 wih specific instruction in writing to the representative for insurance to be done by us only.

Accordingy the cheque no 417684 dated 14.10.2009 in favour of Automotive Manufacturers P Ltd has been given to the representative Mr Nitin Ramteke with specific instruction about self insurance because there was earlier compliant on the same issue of our one of the group company.

But in the afternoon, the representative has called us and told that the insurance shall done by dealer only and not by you and cancelled the order.

We have asked them to give us reason in writing but no reply in writing given by them and just return our documents and cheque.

This is the behaviour and working of the Dealer of repute d Company like Maruti Udyog. This is very unfortunate that we are dealing with such people.

We are not able to understand, why such people wasting our time, money, energy, etc.

The working of such Dealer shall be a matter of concern.

Now the case ha been cancelled without any justified reason and say.

When we asked the representative who has rejected our order then he told that our Boss Mr Nitin Rangari.

Kindly see to provide satifactory services to your customer. We are having more than 10 maruti vehicle in our group but behaviour of such dealer is unfortunate inspite the same incidence happened earlier.
