HWH MAS MAIL (SUPERFAST TRAIN)
SLEEPER CLASS COMPARTMENTS ARE NOT SAFE

I am frequently traveling with my family in HWH MAS Mail (SUPERFAST) train # 12839 from Chennai to Chatrapur and vise versa. Constantly I am noticing TTC's are allowing tickets for unresurved passengers to travel in the same sleeper class compartment with out commiting a confirmed seat. This leads the sleeper class compartment become General compartment and no safety to travel.

My question is TTC should give tickets to unresurved passengers only when there is a free seat available in the compartment. Without confirmation seat TTC should not allow the passenger to travel in the Sleeper class. This is a big fault TTC's are practising in HWH MAS superfast train. This makes unsecure to the sleeper class passengers who are traveling with families. Please help us.
