Irresponsible behaviour by Hyundai and Its Dealer in paying exchange bonus

Dear Sir,

I purchased a Hyundai Santro car from Apco Vehicles India Pvt Ltd, Calicut, Kerala on 27th May and i was told that i'm eligible for exchange bonus of Rs-15000 and will recieve DD for the said amount from Hyundai. but that never happened. i brought it to their notice several times when i went for service, they gave me silly reasons for the delay, atlast i registered a complaint at the Hyundai customer care (Complaint no 1-28575261), even then it doesnt seen working.

Kindly advice me for further action
