Manufacturing defect

I have bought this Santro numberely DL2C AE 3741 from MGF jhandewalan on 14th feb.. The pickup and A.C. of the car were creating promblem from the very first day. I have logged the complaint on 16th feb. Accordingly these defects are Manufacturing Defect. I have sent the car at G.T.Karnal and Patparganj service center almost ten to eleven times. As they are unable to resolve the problem I think the other way is only to replace my car. If the problem will not be resolved within seven days i have to go for LEGAL ACTION
