Cancellation Refund issue

Dear Sir/Mam,

We had booked ticket for 3 of our guest PNR no-kxrdko. Due to some urgency we had to cancel the ticket for 2 guests (Cancallation PNR koyjte). When we requested in BIAL counter they told us to collect the refund money from Bhubaneswar counter as you had booked the ticket by cash in Bhubaneswar Airport. When our guest reached bhubaneswar, the counter in Bhubaneswar told the status shows already refunded. We have not reecive any refund neither is Babalore ot Bhuabaneswar counter.

Please Look into this matter.
