Manufacture defect of left side doo

My name is Sidheeque. Ak. I had brought a maruthi Alto Lx from INDUS MOTORS COMPANY. CALICUT on 19/09.

At the time of the delivery we noted that the left back door was repainted. it was very clear that the door was repaired and repainted. That door seemed very rough and change in shape also. The dealer promised that they will replace the door as early as possible or at the time 0f the first serivice. but now the dealer refuses to replace the door. now what can i do to get justice. please some help me...
