LPG Agency denying application

Dear Sir,

This is kamaran M.K. Mondal, a Lecturer in Pol. Sc under Burdwan University, West Bengal. My permanent residence is Vill & P.O. Somai Pur, P.S. Ausgram, Dist- Burdwan, West Bengal. In our locality there is a LPG Agency named Subarnarekha Gas Agency (Indane) at Guskara.

I have been requesting there for a new connection to my name from last few months. They are simply denying by saying that there is no scheme or quota for a village like ours. They give connection or supply to the Guskara Municipality only.

To be noted that Subarnarekha Gas Agency just 2 kms away from my home, but the difference is that Subarnarekha comes under Municipality, and our villege under a Panchayet.

In fact I dont know to whom or where to complain/request to get a LPG connection.

Please help me with a positive response.
