Indain railways (IRCTC) mis management of ac coach
Mis management & bad behaviour of attnders

Dear Sir.

I travelled in train no 2920, malwa expresson 11 september'2010 from Jammu twai to New delhi with my family. I asked to attender for providing bed sheets. He told me very very arrogantly that bed sheet for delhi passangers are not allowed as per instruction given his contracter. I simply told to give me complain book. he again arrogantly told me to meet guard for these things. I don't know what is the procedure in Malwa express because i have travelled more than too many times a distance that very less of this travell but every time i used all facilities. Have IRCTC given some special freedom to malwa express or any rules for that.? Is IRCTC has not charged for facilities ...???
