Sir, i want to draw ur kind attention towards a problem that is: after 21 days customer gets a new refill cylinder, but agency is not providing the cylinder after 21 days, first they book the cylinder after 21 days and after 10 days give cylinder, in this system there is a chane of malfunctioning... plz do needful.bcoz next booking count frm the date of delivery, in this way customer is getting new refill after more than 21 days...
