Delay in LPG Cylinder Suplly

I am a consumer of Sri Guruvayurappan Gas Agency which is situated at Kodambakkam (Ram Theatre), Chennai.(Their Phone Numbers are : 04424802288, 04424849499.)

My consumer number is : 23673.

The Agency people have been delaying on the distribution of cylinder to me. Even now, I have booked for the gas after 20 days of gas received but they register the gas after 5 to 7 days, and then he will send the gas between 10 to 12 days of register date. Totally I got a cylinder in 35 to 40 days, But i have two cylinder even though i don't get a one cylinder in a month. If i ask to the gas agency they don't response this things. The gas delivery people will deliver the gas will given 2 days of the date in bill. This is very harasement..So kindly take action on this complaint.
