Refund

I booked one way ticket from Chennai to USA, it costed me around Rs.3 Yatra did debit my amount from ICICI payment gateway and stupid site did went through and booking was not done. They didn't even tell me that and they said I will get my tickets on my email and days nearby to departure, they finally said booking was not done and it got cancelled. I have to spend another Rs 32000 and booked myself in Qata airways. Till date they didn't refund my money. According to them, they say, they had refunded but it still doesnt show up in my account..it is nearly 1 month.

Customer servives is useless, I have called many many times from US regarding this refund but all ask stupid question from scratch without going through call history which I had made to them.

Fraudulent people and I never trust and book with yatra and I suggest others to no to go for it.
