It is the regular practice with this delear that first i have to book for the gas cylinder. After 7 or 10 days, i have to regularly followup with them. Their response will be that the cyclist aleady taken the delivery & did not delivered to customer. After that they will give the contact no. of that cyclist & i have to contact that fellow & after that also gas will not be delivered.

This is the regular story, they used to listen to me.

This time i booked in 8th dec 09 but till date cylinder not received & want make the contact them but they did not respond.

Please help.
