I HAVE BOOKED MY LPG REFIL ONLINE ON 14.02.2012 VIDE BOOKING NO 375950. MY CONSUMER NO IS 21917 AND OUR DEALER IS GURUDATA GAS SERVICE, GREEN HILLS COLONY, HYDERABAD. I HAVE RECEIVED SMS MSG ON 17.02.2012 THAT CASH MEMO NO 10505 GENERATED AND IT WILL BE RELEASED SHORTLY. TILL DATE (ie EVEN AFTER 6 DAYS) IT IS NOT RELEASED. ON ENQUIRY WITH DEALER, HE IS TALKING VERY RUDELY AND IT WILL BE SENT TODAY. EVERYDAY HE IS SAYING THE SAME. PLEASE TREAT IT AS MY COMPLAINT AND TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST HIM.
